PACT.Net Невозможно назначить запрошенный адрес

В настоящее время я пытаюсь запустить мои примеры pact.net в контейнере докеров, однако я получаю следующую ошибку:

Независимо от того, что я отправляю в инфраструктуру для Host IPAddress.Any AND IpAddress.Loopback, но я все еще, похоже, получаю эту проблему?

Я что-то упускаю? Его запуск в контейнере докеров, без каких-либо других сервисов.

Я могу запустить это на OSX, dotnet testи все хорошо.
